=VLOOKUP(F1,configs!$D:$E,2,0) $用来保持D E不动

=VLOOKUP(B9,configs!A:B,2,0)

=MID(K2,1,1) 从第一位开始，取1位

=MID(K2,1,3) 从第一位开始，取3位
